I am originally from Jacksonville, Florida and have been in the insurance
industry since 1995. I am a licensed Property and Casualty Agent and have many
years of experience working in an independent insurance agency in both Personal
and Commercial Lines. My first taste of insurance came in high school when I
was part of a business program called Project InVEST (Insurance Vocational
Educational Student Training). That program influenced me to pursue a career in
the insurance industry. I first worked at Prudential Insurance Company for 3
years until I decided that I wanted to broaden my knowledge in all lines of
insurance. In 1998, I joined JP Perry Insurance where I worked in the Personal
Lines and Commercial Lines Departments as an account manager and team leader.
My husband and I transferred to Bradenton in July 2005 and I proudly joined the
Des Champs & Gregory family in August 2005.
Organizations depend on their customers. Therefore I make it my business to
understand current and future customer needs. I strive to meet customer
requirements and exceed customer expectations.
Leaders establish unity of purpose and direction of organization. It is my goal
to create and maintain the internal environment in which people can become
fully involved in achieving the organization's objectives.
I am constantly gathering data and information in order to make effective
decisions. Continual improvement of our processes is a permanent objective for
me. People at all levels are the essence of an organization and their full
involvement enables their abilities to be used for the organization's benefit.
I strive to maintain their involvement.
Anticipating changing market needs and create ways to improve our unique
technologies is critical to me. I work hard to improve operational efficiency
to maintain profit necessary to conduct business and remain a progressive
agency. Providing better service to our customers as partners in their
operations, administrations and businesses is a priority of mine.
