Management Principles
As President and Chief Operating Officer, I run the agency and the Financial Services Department by giving authority to, and expecting accountability from, my staff.

My management principles center on developing and nurturing a professional working environment that encourages self-motivation and self-governance. I also promote open lines of communication within the agency as well as with clients, prospects and companies with which we do business.

Management Philosophy
Whether individually or as a team, our Financial Services Department is able to work successfully to give our best efforts to our clients. We strive to understand our clients’ current and future challenges, and offer products and services to best handle those challenges. I expect the results to produce a profitably run agency that meets or exceeds all our clients’ needs.
